description: For our cover photo in this issue, we present pretty 18-year-old Cecilia Ching who was named Chinese queen of the Ka Palapala Beauty Pageant of Nations in Honolulu. Sponsored by the Te Chi Sheh sorority, she is a Teacher's College student. Cecilia graduated from Roosevelt High School where she was sophomore class secretary, both junior and senior class counselor and president of her Y-Teens Club. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. Yan Chin Ching of 4328 Papu Circle.
